The “winter blues” are literally something that can set in for almost all of us here in the United States, not just the northerner’s up in the Midwest and Northeast. In fact, 3% of the general population is affected by seasonal depression — so, what better way to beat the funk then to GET OUT AND TRAVEL, experience the beauty around us, and embrace the seasonal changes our grand country has to offer!

1. Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas

How do you say no to natural hot springs? It’s like nature’s calling you to come and take a moment to embrace some warmth and beauty all while relaxing your body and mind. A neat thing about February is there are fewer people which means you get to be YOU and embrace your surroundings in peace.

3. Lake Tahoe, California

4. Apostle Islands Sea Cave, Wisconsin
